Beard - agree that things will change when drill bits are turning. I personally don't believe there is anything sinister behind the large amount of trading (which, still, represent relatively small $ amounts). Probably people getting fed up with continuous delays in time lines and nervousness about the lack of communication. In a nervous market, no news usually spooks investors. A substantive announcement about where they are in respect of drilling/drilling preparations (funding) would probably prevent remaining sceptics from pushing the price further down by selling out of nervousness. If management told us something (assuming it is positive) about progress, the nervous sellers would probably disappear and sp maintained at the .6 level or better. If they have bad news, they may as well come clean too as when it comes out the price will get slaughtered any way. No downside in providing update.
