Ok, sure they may seed the funds, but that would then mean that the FUM would grow, but it isn't.
Fact is that FUM is shrinking and so is the cash at bank...
Further if there is a waiting list for the water fund and blue sky is using blue sky money to purchase the assets... then why wouldn't the cash be coming back?????
Seriously, there are material issues with the cash bleed.
