This to me effectively looks like a RTO done on the sly as they look for new blockchain investments. Actually starting to view this positively as lets face it IOT was going no where up until this point. Could be a game changer as changes direction of its business. Expect Sean Neylon will be gone in 6 months but this could be better exit for him with him having decent shareholding and those 10m 10 year options!!!
