I guess from a basic level, it's not a bad thing to have institutional investors holding large amounts of shares. As long as BTH takes care of the business side of things and keeps growing (which it appears to be doing well), some institutional investors may have the ability to look after the share price with small caps. Ie. buying more shares, clearing out sellers in a price dip to create higher floors for the share price, even selling shares to bring down the share price in a controlled way (increasing liquidity) then buying back aggressively when cheaper to make it run hard and higher than before, talking up the company whenever they can to clients/media etc etc etc. They have a lot more influence on share price growth than directors holding long. But it depends how they do things, how much they want to control and protect their investment and how much they rate the company? Etc. Not sure if this is what Ballieu Holst do though. And just my thoughts.
A lot needs to be assumed to say this is a definite positive.
