A turning drill-bit is all we need to determine the direction of this company... unfortunately the seasonal weather may/will hinder the timing. If there are other projects BDI have an eye on in the mean time, an update would help curb the uncertainty. Contrary to what's been posted recently, I still hold confidence in DP's decisions (my view only).
