This fish talks sense.  Chip samples are almost completely meaningless once you have a few and know what's there - they don't help you determine the quantity or quality of the deposit. 

I know an old abandoned slate quarry where I could gather a bunch of rock chips with insane copper grades... good luck getting a viable mine out of it.  Mind you, having read some of the posts on HC I'm beginning to think I should buy the mineral rights and float the thing...

If anyone thinks rock chips are going to move the share price one iota they're either clueless or kidding themselves.
