Just view it as a shell 4.5 mill cap a million or so cash and a truckload of shares
When cleaned up might do okay...my biggest holding dev did consolidation with only a billion shares in issue now it's set for 2019
Wasted a year could have been done already
Then again if it was done a year ago the cheap stock would have not been passed on to us dreamers who take a punt on pennies lol
