He either has amazing vision (to see the future) for this tenement... or he simply, has seen something of worth. The tenement locality seems to have a good geological position, however, only a drill bit will confirm that.
Can you list what makes you think it has a "good geological position"? I haven't used my geology degree since uni and I wasn't exactly a straight-A student to begin with, and I've really struggled from my research to find many positives about this tenement.
