    I've no idea but I'll put this out there, feel free to pick it to pieces....

    mooted board changes....There will be a merger/T/O or similiar

    re BDI and Condamine, Hudson will takeover running the combine

    probably bringing his management team with him, Porter will be

    there with him/them but no-one else.....

    I just can't see any point in today's Ann unless it's a precursor to

    follow-up news...
