In all honesty BDI has let shareholders  down so many times
its the boy who cried wolf syndrome, we’ve had so many close hits over the years that gets everyone excited and the share price rockets and then out of nowhere
BAM it doesn’t happen and people lose confidence.

In a way this has contributed to the share price being so beaten down, that when one of these projects does get legs and people realise that something is really happening then BOOM we’ll have a ten bagger.
