That adds greater strength to the appointment of BKL to what is government sanctioned organisation (or - to create a trifecta of acronyms - an SOE). Very impressive. I'm surprised that BKL have not made more of this.

At the same time, the SP seems to have bottomed out. The fall back to c$90 this morning after the big rise Friday is a classic reversal. I've added to my existing holding.
