Too right you are but just step with caution lads, not really a fan of these metrics and proximity to the ocean etc, very hard to grant a permit being so exclusively close to the ocean. Resource keeps increasing which is healthy but it's also been around for a long time, mind you could be an OKAY hold over time as Gold keeps increasing in value. (A lot of time involved, dilution, etc etc)
This is purely from memory when I had a glance at these guys pre IPO so I could be wrong on the information (apologies in advance), non the less, step with caution.
