The Soul Patts crew are usually very good at buying at the bottom of the cycle. I wonder if they can also sell at the top just as effectively.
Their decision to sell the cherished original building in Pitt St mall, happened to coincide with what looks to be about the top of the Sydney property market. I wonder if they're thinking it's approaching a top for SOL, and the broader stock market.
However: no plans to sell any more shares at this point, they've said.
