If investors are so easily influenced by such 'grandiose unsubstantiated claims', then imo they clearly lack the necessary reasoning ability to be active in the market. If people cannot differentiate between a statement of fact and a statement of belief they should be shovelling graphite and not investing in it.

There is nothing that is actionable in stating a view that is clearly only a view, as it is prefaced by we believe, and, Company announcements are available for all these who are curious as to why ' we believe.'

In fact that view, the view stated by BKT is inherently stymied by the fact that it is not a fact, it is a view as it is a subjective belief.
In other words it does not have anything like the power/influence of an unqualified statement of fact; and that is that.

To the best of my knowledge and in my belief he was not publically flogged or run out of town. LOL.
