Without knowing the recovery rates today's BKT announcement means nothing imo. You can process concentrate as long as you like to get to 99.9999% if you wanted to, the recovery rate would be terrible and destroy the economics.
This reminds me of past TON announcements where the announcement purpose is to put out a big headline (but lacking the crucial information to make an informed decision)
If anyone hears from management on the recovery rates please post it up.
