there is really no such thing as a 100% binding "offtake" in graphite because the product specifications must be met at supply. therefore, today's announcement appears honest and realistic as to the nature of the deals. however, the positive is it shows strong interest in the project. relatively, its a good announcement. but, yes, investment wise, graphite is not the clearest investment path
