presumably what you really meant was it doesn't meet your investment criteria (whatever that is)?

I.e. I presume you'd never invest in any biotech's that are still in research phase?

BKT have signed an offtake and have disclosed it as per listing obligations ..one should assess the conditions (incl. 60 day termination provisions) and simply assess the value of that versus current share px and potential share px appreciation according to each and everyone's view of that ..

it sure as hell is not uninvestable!!!
