Things actually are looking good in Tanzania lately.
Tanzania's President is determined to get increased business investment, especially in the mining industry. He hired and two new deputy mining ministers to help speed up the changes to regulations, has set deadlines to implement new regulations asap, and get new exploration leases released and approvals moving, etc.
I'm not an expert, but BKT has a patch of graphite that looks good compared to several other similar projects in Tanzania and Mozambique.
