    the CEO has not quit. the CEO is a geologist & did his work, for which he has 12M shares

    time for Steven to step aside for a more suitable CEO, as the announcement said

    as for the CAPEX, it is $90M, for stage 1

    any construction of stage 2 will be from cash-flow
