On page 57 they make their only mention of relocation of locals. BKT says the process is well defined for entry and relocation. Interesting, given that the principles to which this list of banks are members has been found not to be met by Tanzanian legislation. In fact, the Equator Principles require a considerably higher standard of relocation planning and compensation.
This is fine if BKT intends to borrow or equity raise from a non-signatory of the Equator Principles but who does that leave to work with when it comes to funding the US$159m required for this project?
