BKT, from a lab standpoint, appears to exceed other established Chinese natural flake graphite, yet the customer has tested lab / pilot plant samples only and is an initial indicator...commercial production will have to be qualified & field tested despite the initial efforts....this is part of the complete turnkey qualification process especially if the customer is ISO 9001 certified and requires documented COC to ISO 9001 standards & reporting.
The MOU is not legally binding or take or pay, just an indication of interest or intent.
