    Hey scanno, sorry I can't help you there as I've never converted options myself. I have read about people complaining that other companies took too long to process the conversion though, so it may take some time.

    I called them just now for you to check with the Company Secretary how long it should take, but he is interstate at the moment. You would be able to get his email address from the person who answered the phone if you want to drop him an email.
