ah well ..I guess we just have to take time and clear all the post cap raIsIng overhang being off loaded by lazy fund managers who have NO ability to adjust their asset value assumptions ..they just hide behind their computer models with no skin in the game ..personally I reckon the only true way to assess good managers would be to benchmark their sales if stock on say a rolling 6 month forward performance rather than backward looking index comparison ..
