Just on that note can anyone explain why they occasionally announce that they've acquired an "unlisted" investment company in exchange for BKI shares? What would be the point of doing that? It basically means they are buying someone's share portfolio off them rather than acquiring the shares on market. I would presume it's all related party transactions but still makes very little sense to me.
