The occasional one is fair enough but at least give some justification as to why you think this is a good time to have extra funds and why the shareholders will benefit. I mentioned a while ago that I've been an AFI shareholder for 11 years and can only remember one capital raise which was to take advantage of bargains after the GFC (and they explained that at the time).
