    the problem with so many of these small companies is they assume that someone who held a senior position with a company in a related industry is an automatic choice as CEO

    Nothing could be further from the truth. Being CEO is as much to do with managing the expectations of investors as it is to do with running the actual business

    Time after time, they are shown up to be totally unsuitable in my opinion
