Because that is part of the game..
I rather prefer a stock when the IPO has not been inflated by some stupid (pre-ipo) PR campaign resulting in a big jump in first few weeks of trading and then deflating like a failed soufflé.
I expect the SP to trade sub IPO price in the next few week. Which will result in buying opportunities in my view.
BGT SP will be build with "validation" and IMO that will happen with a bang in 2018
