The Bohena 4 well has extended the extent of the Maules Creek Formation further to the west than previously mapped. Interestingly the report says it has encountered (in addition to the Hoskisson seam) "9m of coal in the Early Permian Maules Creek Formation" and it is still coring ahead in the maules Creek Formation. The BW West Namoi seam is "Upper Maules Creek" which I would think would be equivalent to "Early Permian". So if this interpretation is correct they have a good Namoi seam thickness and may still find more Bohena coals as they go deeper. Promising for the Namoi reserves upgrade.
