quite funny, i had the same response from IK - leave it and don't ask questions.
tried to deal directly with department of planning but no one knows anything - very strange.
maybe the brown paper bag with money has not arrived yet so they have not started work.
lets hope its all part of a bigger plan than us common folk are not aware of but its in the interests of of us all.
i am holding off contacting the company and harrassing them - lets see what the month of feb brings.
