Hey mate good to double check. The announcement on 18 / 6 I think says full 15m raised and I checked the recent 3b and looks like they issued shares equal to 15m.

So the money is raised and the spp is to keep retail happy and raise up to 3m more.

It's a staggering amount of money for an acquistion that will cost 3 to 4m this year and then 3 to 4 next year half being in shares.

The bank account will be overflowing. I think they're getting in early in case the market turns and raising money will become harder.

I probably won't participate.
