Although Hartnell was head of a different ASIC, I am sure that Glencore choose their servants wisely and reward them generously.
Notwithstanding ASIC is a fickle beast and one does wonder at times why some cases are prosecuted and others not.
Still if shareholders do have legal concerns (which I certainly do), I absolutely agree that they should raise them with ASIC using the on line complaint service.
Fifty complaints or so would have them jumping.
