    Fascinating post!

    Just for the record, changing the constitution appears in 5.4 or the Bidder's Statement

    Also, in 5.3 review of operations to see how they can make things more profitable. This raises the quesion of what the F have the Glencore directors been doing until now?

    If this does not raise grounds for oppressive conduct, what does!
