re: Ann: Bidder's Statement despatched to... Well Nuke, I'm actually 3 shareholders (with my wife and super fund) so you and I are actually 4 - only 496 others needed to hang on.
In any case, if WMI gets more than 75% (at which point BRM can be de-listed), we will really need a lot more than 500 because some might drop off after the offer closes.
If BRM is de-listed, we will no longer be proteced by the ASX and who knows what value our shares will have (not that the ASX does anything to protect minorities in the first place).
It would be good to get a comment from somebody who kinows more about de-listing and its' consequences.
