The previously deal (even it was all toilet paper) at least looked pretty on (toilet) paper as it ensured MOST shareholders would be in the black (if it were not toilet paper).

There was almost 0, Zero, Nil, Zilch acceptance back then when the local share holders back then did not fully realize the evil intent of Wah Nam and the crafty wickedness of Fu Man Chu.

Now everyone know what WN is all about. The resistance would be almost universal.

It will take no more than another fortnght for WN to recognize a DEADLOCK / STALEMATE from where it must budge (IMO - The half cash half scat offer was intended to make a $3 cash bid second attempt look good).
