From my understanding,

If they reach 90% (or even 80). Then anyone who has bought shares in gmm or has held shares in gmm and not accepted the offer will get it (x1.65) regardless. Smart move would be to buy gmm and call up your broker to accept the offer rather than waiting for anything to be mailed.


Also as it states in the offer that if GXY decided to give a better offer to reach the target then all people who accepted the lesser offer will also receive the better offer. (not that i think this is likely)

Ive recently purchased gmm shares on another HIN and just called the broker up and told them to accept. And ill probably pick some more up before the end of the month.
