They are required to issue a change in substantial shareholding whenever there is a change of more than 1%.
The bid opened on March 15, so that means they have only got acceptances for just over 2m shares in 80 days.
I think you are on the money with your comments about staff shares and acceptances.
It would also seem of include the shares held by the mysterious Petercalk. He was trying to offload 100k shares at some stage, but Stevesy didn't take them all. Petercalk had a "held" sentiment on March 1, but a "not held" on his next post on May 15.
Non-independent Director Davies doesn't own any shares, despite being a Director of RRP for over 6 years. Says a lot doesn't it.

If you want something so bad, and someone else owns it, then to get it you need to make an offer is too good to refuse. I haven't seen it yet.

I know which one I believe is closer to fair value, and it can be debated whether this is adequate or not!
