How could a group of investors knew in advance before the announcement released to the market and sold 57 million shares at 0.002. It is unacceptable if the sellers are those retail holders of 0.001 who have already been given a lot of favor by the VPR board compared to old ERJ long suffering holders.
The board must be more transparent and maintain continuous disclosure, and announce any substantial information immediately to the market. Do not let some people take advantage from others.
