I do not understand why the CEO needs to use an awful heading for the announcement "BHP SUSPENDS WESCONE SERVICE RELATIONSHIP". They can use "Business update or Company update". It looks like that this awful heading may be purposely designed or they have lack of wisdom or they do not have experience to convey a message. In contrast, when they got the orders from BHP, the CEO did not announce in a big title "BHP AWARDED WESCONE SERVICE CONTRACT".
It shows an inexperienced public relation staff or communication staff or company secretary. Although we could blame for the lack of knowledge of those staff who drafted the announcement, CEO is fully responsible for it.
