to NY from what I gather to study the facilities there - ok off to another tangent "but we haven't been updated as to where they are at" - yep I agree but obviously progressing otherwise wouldn't be seeing the delegation.
must say that this is potentially HUGE!. hope they get to finalise this one ASAP - seeing they have been in dialogue for 9 months and working on it for 12 months. fingers crossed (yet again)
