It wouldn’t surprise me a deal could happen anytime today’s conference call was just to inform investors of the overall progress,
they (BGT Management) wouldn’t know when they could pull the trigger and the more money they spend and testing they compete the more likely the deal gets done and if one jumps early others will quickly follow
