The point is that, if BG end up with PES, and Arrow and Shell decide not to sell, PES will have to continue trading as such, as a separate entity from Arrow, Shell, and BG.
In turn, the CSG pumped out from the wells, cannot go to either one of the holders for their own use and/or benefits, unless it is sold at market price to the highest bidder. Thus the Net Profits will then be divided according to the holdings of the individual shareholders.
A bit messy, but..............
