i think Arrow will be back with a higher bid.
possibly $3.50 cash plus 1.85 Arrow shares?

i still think Arrow want PES - it underwrites their expansion plans for Curtis ISland according to todays interview. I am sure there is a limit on what they will pay-but i don't think we are there yet.

I still reckon a solution for Arrow, is if Shell enters market for Arrow shares at say $3.50 - it can stand in market and buy 14.99% on first come first served basis. its been done before. I can still get FRIB approval to go further.

I am sure Shell would be happy to buy Arrow for $3.50 per share!
