Valor Resources Limited (VAL) is pleased to confirm that in accordance the termsof the Option Agreement between VAL and Kennecott Exploration Company (KEX)announced on 14 January 2019, VAL has received US$700,000 from KEX and paidthe amount to SSR Mining Inc (SSR) to discharge the instalment due to SSR inaccordance with terms of the acquisition of the Berenguela Project in May 2017(refer to ASX announcements dated 13 February 2018, 30 March 2017 and 3 May2017).
