    The statement from SRK seems to be incorrect. The bid was subject to "no prescribed occurrences" prior to the close of the bid. The bid has now closed and there have been no prescribed occurrences so this condition has been satisfied and does not need to be waved. With the other conditions having been waved, the acceptances should stand. Am I missing something?
