Ann: Beer & Co. Research Report, page-5

I've just read the Beer report and find it very comforting indeed. I find it puzzling that DRX shares are at .8c given that they have a strong buy recommendation of 6.5c depending on the mineral price. This doesn't give any real value to the gold and silica. I still think that the Chinese will make a takeover bid as for them to do so would be a hell of a lot better buying than having a 49% partner. I think they would take the lower of Beers valuations at ~3.6c as a base and possibly discount that a tad. They could also come in at a 100% premium to the current price to make their offer look good, or quite possibly, there could be another contender and that would make things interesting. Keep the faith.
