If there are 7 highly probable projects that can fil the gap by 2020 and they're in Australia and have not started their approval process they won't be able to even begin mining by 2021. Check out the following:

The office of Opposition leader Tony Abbott provided Election FactCheck with the following graphs from a report to the Mining Council of Australia. He repeated his claim on the ABC’s 7.30 this week that it now takes more than three years to get approvals for mines. He said that wasn’t based on one or two examples, but was “typical of what is happening in the mining industry”.

If those highly probable mines were located in Australia, unless they're highly cashed up they wouldn't have the resources to run through an application period. Also there's no guarantee that if an application to mine is applied for that it will succeed. All appearances are that Australia is loaded with people who hold non jobs (non jobbers)  and impedimenters (also non jobbers)  mostly employed by various governments whose sole purpose in life is to impede (and if possible... stop) any project of any kind as much as possible.  DRX has jumped through all the hoops like a good dog and having received all approvals is now on the verge of beginning production via being financed or bought out ( or into) by a Chinese mineral processor(s) while the price forecast is highly positive. Highly undervalued in MHO.
