Peppie, I paid for a report on one of my projects and the reporting company tore my project to pieces at a small cost to me of about $40k. These reporting companies can be peer reviewed and if they're found to be guilding the lilly they could not only be disqualified from reporting ever again they could also become guests in secure cyclone proof buildings where the doors are opened and closed for them.
