Any rise in the share price will probably be followed by a recap, be careful IMO and wait for the recap they have been talking about for a while now first - pessimism from a punter isn't usually like me.....

Remember, Matthew Chun has less than 2k in shares and has little interst in the recap being good for the share price, he's more interested in the 500k annual salary he gets. Just my opinion, btw I like GJT and VPG in the REIT's at the mo'
