I am a shareholder of NML and was taken aback by your assertion it is a "lifestyle company". I was under the impression it was a gold and copper explorer. And you suggest 87 Crash is making libelous statements.... talk about the pot and the kettle calling each other black!
In terms of CYL and capital raising, 87 Crash is right, it would be nice to offer existing shareholders a look in, having said that it is a virtuous circle we find ourselves in, for the higher the share price goes the less dilution occurs and it could be argued this situation has come about because of the very manner in which the company has gone about raising and involving cornerstone investors.
