I think market neutral funds can work but any fund requires a unique manager. It’s hard to be both different and right. I quite like wgb but cvf looks pretty ordinary to me. Both have high fees and it bugs me paying management fees with high cash balances. I think microequities has a pretty unique offering they just need to get some performance back. The big jump for web would have helped...
